10/8/24 – Mid-Day Mortgage Update Thank you to those of you who signed up for the blood drive! We have 35 reservations and a full slate for next Tuesday’s blood drive for Children’s Hospital! Next Up Oktoberfest – October 24th in our backyard at the office! This is my October 30th at Augusta Financial, as we just celebrated 29 years in business last week. I have been in the mortgage industry for 34 years and have seen a lot. My initial goal was to get away from owners and Managers of Mortgage companies who loved to lie to you for their benefit, so instead, I decided to go a different direction, and now I lie to myself every day! LOL! I will save you the details of my journey because I don’t often look back and only look forward, and next year will be upon us in no time! Every year, I try to do something new to help buyers, sellers, and agents. I do this to make transactions go smoother, and I also do this to try to get more business for me and other loan officers in my company. I will add a few things for next year and share them with you as soon as we get them going. The one thing I have never been great at is directly asking for the business. So, I am going to try that starting today! I know you may partner with other lenders, but if you want to take your business to new heights in 2025, please consider sending clients to Augusta Financial! We have many loan products and more knowledge than anyone; we work hard to help your clients, give them great advice, and get the best loans possible. I am happy to sit down with you and review everything we do. Look at your business, see how you can grow, and give you some ideas on how to earn more business in 2025. I am available all week if you need anything. Let me know if you have any questions or if someone is interested in buying a property. My cell is 661-714-6258, and my office line is 661-260-2970 ext. 2222. My direct line is 661-291-2222. When you text me, please text (661-714-6258) or email me at Mike@AugustaFinancial.com.
