12/30/24 – Stay Focused, Get Organized, and Grind: Your Blueprint for Success in 2025 As the year comes to a close, it’s time for my final update of 2024. I know many of you are still on vacation, while others may be rethinking your career in real estate after a challenging year. If you’re questioning whether the market will shift in your favor in 2025, let me tell you this: I’ve been dissatisfied with my own business and my company’s performance for three years now - but every single day, I grind. You can do the same. Success is built on consistent effort, focus, and the willingness to adapt. Let’s tackle the new year head-on, starting with the essentials: Set Goals and Resolutions You Can Commit To Many of us set lofty goals or resolutions only to abandon them because we’re creatures of habit. But this is your reminder that change is possible, and there’s a reason to go hard again: your future. Here are my resolutions for 2025: Hire more good Loan Officers: I’m determined to build a team of quality loan officers who fit our vision. (If you know someone great, let me know!) Expand My Sphere of Influence: Focus on generating new business from people I know while strengthening existing relationships. Improve Client Follow-Up: We’ve done better in the second half of 2024, but there’s still room to grow. We’ll stay on top of our past client database and follow up diligently with pre-approved buyers who haven’t yet found a home. Lose Weight: This is personal, but I’m putting it out there: lose the 15 pounds I gained and another 15 on top of that. Enhance the Client Experience: In a tough real estate market, providing exceptional service matters more than ever. Clients should feel valued and supported every step of the way. Invest in Growth: Keep growing personally and professionally, and help others do the same. Teach my friends and family about the power of investing - it’s been a lifeline for me over the past few years. Be Real About Work/Life Balance Notice how I didn’t even attempt to include “work/life balance” in my resolutions. That’s because my focus is on constant improvement. I work until I’m done and don’t stop looking for new business or innovative ways to help clients get financing. What began as a survival skill has turned into a passion. I love what I do, and that drives me to keep pushing. Consistency and Focus Are Key To all real estate agents: it’s time to stay organized and consistent. Hard work isn’t glamorous, but it’s the foundation of success. Write down your goals and your flaws. Take a hard look at what you need to change and commit to doing the work in 2025. Break your goals into actionable steps. Prioritize what truly matters. Hold yourself accountable every day. It’s a small but promising step, and let’s hope that continues into the new year! We offer 12-day escrows for pre-approved buyers - Conventional/FHA/Jumbo/Bridge loans. We provide loans in all states, so call me with anything you need. Government Loans (FHA/VA/USDA) are in the 6s. Conventional loans up to $806,500 are in the 6s and 7s. High Balance Loans from $806,501 to $1,209,750 are also in the 7’s. Jumbo loans above $1,209,750 are in the 7’s. Bank statement loans are available with 10% down again, with larger down payments in the 7’s. Profit and Loss Statement loans require 20% down - no bank statements needed, only a profit and loss statement! 0 down loans are available in the high 6s, with a minimum credit score of 620, up to $1,300,000. Private Money lenders offer Hard Money Loans with 35% down. No Ratio Loans require 30% down. DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans are available with as little as 15% down. Bridge Loans typically have an interest rate of 7.99% with limited fees, helping you get where you need to go! 3/2/1 Buydowns, 2/1 Buydowns, and 1/0 Buydowns are available at great starting rates!
